Mijn naam is Karen van Hout, Systemic Neuro-Agility Trainer, Counsellor en Coach.

Ik ben multi-gecertificeerd Systemisch and Neuro-Agility Counsellor, Coach and Trainer, Neuro-Agility- en EI Lead Master Trainer met werkervaring in operationele, therapeutische, coaching and management rollen in de gezondheidszorg en de financiële sector.

In Nederland werk ik voornamelijk in en rondom de Zorg. In de Benelux en Duitsland werk ik vooral met internationale teams en organisaties om hun professionals te ontwikkelen. Hen te helpen om hun talenten te ontdekken en te ontwikkelen, productiviteit te verhogen en relaties en dus samenwerking te verbeteren.

Ik geloof werkelijk dat wij als mens alles kunnen wat wij echt willen. Ik grap weleens dat ik levend bewijs hiervan ben, maar eerlijk gezegd is dit waar.

  • We zijn niet met vaardigheden geboren maar we zijn wel in staat om deze te ontdekken, aan te leren en te ontwikkelen.
  • We weten niet altijd hoe we onze uitdagingen op moeten lossen maar we zijn wel allemaal in staat om de knopen te ontrafelen, om de oplossingen te vinden die het beste voor ons werken.

Mijn missie is om een wereld te creëren waarin je kunt gedijen in leven, werk en zaken. Waarin iedereen meer van zichzelf kan zijn en meer kan bereiken van wat hij of zij wilt. Veerkrachtig en klaar voor de toekomst!

Vaak proberen we alles zelf te doen, bang om hulp te vragen, maar aangezien we ook niet zelf onze huizen bouwen, onze eigen groenten verbouwen, ons eigen brood bakken, moedig ik aan om de diensten van experts te gebruiken wanneer dat nodig is.
